本产品为一管式第一链cDNA合成试剂，操作简便，降低了操作过程中的污染机率。
RT Mix中所用MMLV酶无RNase H活性，避免了cDNA合成反应中RNA/DNA杂合体中模板RNA被降解；耐热温度高，具有更强的延伸能力和稳定性，可用于较长的cDNA合成以及高比例的全长cDNA文库的构建等。
